
Change your lifestyle gradually
If you had never seriously focused on their health, at first you will be hard to do so. You may be faced with difficulties. Some do it fast, changing in my life all at once, but for most it is too difficult task. More sensible approach – change your lifestyle gradually. When it comes to your health, there is no point in trying to do too much too quickly.
The best way to go to a healthy lifestyle – to begin with a single area. For example, during the first month, you can focus only on your breathing. Once the proper, deep breathing will be familiar to you, move on to physical exercise. Once you get used to them regularly, focus on your diet, etc.
Or you can start with changes in your diet. First, stop drinking coffee and dispose of your menu all products that contain caffeine. Start eating more fruits and vegetables. Gradually change your diet, yet it does not remain only healthy foods.
Find something that will work for you. If you never went to the gym, because exercise does not attract you, try to do it now. Perhaps this exercise will be most effective for you. Sign up for a gym, do some martial arts, start going to the pool.
Motivation
To simplify your transition to a healthy lifestyle, you should arrange to have strong emotional levers that control you. You must be a good reason and earnest desire, forcing you to follow your goals. Without sufficient desire, you will be hard to change anything, especially if before you were lazy and had a lot of bad habits. Be sure to specify your reasons. What you need to monitor your health? The reason may be to improve the appearance, desire more energy, prolong life, achieving success in sport, etc. Find the cause, which will give you a powerful motivation.
Willpower
While willpower is an essential element in the transition to a healthy lifestyle, do not forget that it has its limit. The presence of the forces will be useful in the presence of short deadlines. If the goal spread over an indefinite period, your willpower can leave you.
Use it to create an environment that will support your choice. Forget the diet away from home, sign up in the fitness center, go to a dietician, etc.
Track progress
When you experiment with a new diet or exercise with a new apartment complex, you should be able to determine – whether they work or not? To do this you must find a way to measure your results. Avoid traps

My friends against my healthy lifestyle. You may already have made several unsuccessful attempts to improve your health and your friends will not want you to be disappointed again. Ask them to support you, or at least remain silent. Spend more time with people who support your progress and growth.
Compare their results with others and this is disappointing. Comparing yourself to others – this is not a good idea in any area of your life. Results of other people does not affect you. Perhaps their genetics is very different from yours or they have been working on a longer and harder. In any case, you must focus on their improvement.
These changes inhibit me. Try not to change too much over too short a time. Change your lifestyle gradually, moving from one point to another. Remember that this is a marathon, not sprint.
I do miss the delicious food, I feel that I myself paying a lot. Make sure you are performing well your homework. Find recipes that you enjoy and make their own brand.
I have no time to cook healthy food, I have time to cook only semi. Cook on the weekend. You can draw on it a couple of hours Sunday. And then during the week in order to eat, you will need just to warm up what you have prepared.
I can not eat healthy food when I dine with friends. The fact that you back away from healthy eating once a week is nothing terrible. The main thing is not to overdo it. Besides, most restaurants offer a wide choice of dishes prepared from healthy foods.
I have too little time and I’m too tired to work, to perform exercises. This is really a problem. But you need not do the exercises after the working day. You can get up early in the morning and go in to work. So you can find time for daily exercise.
Create commitment
Observe a healthy lifestyle is not easy. If it were easy, everyone would have abandoned bad habits and started to monitor their health. This is a difficult and complex task. Sometimes you will feel disappointed. You have to make sacrifices. But you must firmly and confidently move toward its goal, the only way you can stay healthy and successful for a long time. If you have chosen for themselves a healthy lifestyle, you should definitely stick to it.

im making a list of things that are good for you! (resting, yoga, eating healthy ect) want to help?alright, so first off, im vegan and im trying to go raw vegan (this is my first week, yay lol)
((and btw i dont care about your opinions of my lifestyle, just like you probably dont care about my opinion of yours.))
lol anyways, i love being healthy and taking care of myself, (plus im a little bored) so im trying to come up with a big list of healthy stuff to do..
heres what i have so far, and i would love to hear suggestions :]
-getting enough sleep/rest
-eating whole, raw fruits and vegetables as well as seeds and nuts
-being active and working out daily (rangingfrom light activity to intense workouts)
-meditating
-yoga
-getting some sunlight
-expressing emotions and self (through art, dance, writing, music ect)
-building on knowledge
-laughing
-helping others
hmm.. ill probably add more when i think of them, but theres a start. feel free to add what ever kinds of ideas you want, they could be specific, general, applying to everyone, or only specific lifestyles.. what ever.
