What would be the best Martial Art for me?Ok so I've recently started living a more healthy lifestyle and I'm working out with a trainer and thats all good but I'm looking to prevent myself from losing interest when the whole the working out in the same gym everyday gets stale.
I'd really like to get into Martial Arts of some kind but I'm not sure what would work for me because of my size. I'm 6'4 350 and yes that big but I'm not totally helpless. I can do an hour of cardio no problem and I can do lifting weights etc. I'm just a big young guy (27) and I wanna keep the fitness ball rolling.
