How do I eat more healthy and lead a more healthy lifestyle? I want improved energy and start working out?
I really just have no idea on how to improve my eating habits to improve my overall lifestyle and energy and health. I have starting exercising, but until now I've just had a very high metabolism so I eath anything in sight…but it's starting to catch up with me and I need some advice on what kinds of things to eat and how to exercise. Thanks.

So what does all this translate to exactly.. like for a dinner it could be say, a lean chicken breast, maybe some broccoli, and rice? and breakfast maybe a hard boiled egg? things along those lines? maybe i should go to a dietician to figure out a plan for my particular body?
