Alkaline Drops Create Healthy Lifestyles

Our bodies contain a certain level of acidity. The normal levels of pH in our bodies should average out to 7.35 and 7.45. When the body has too much acid or too little acid, then we become prone to illnesses and sickness. Too much acid also has an effect on the cells in your body. The body needs to have a balanced acid level and alkaline does just that. Alkaline drops are an easy way to help even out acid levels which will, in turn, keep you healthy and free from certain illnesses.

When you have too much acid in your body, you may have symptoms such as fatigue, excessive weight gain, diabetes, aches and pains, osteoporosis, or digestive problems. Help answer the question about Healthy Lifestyle

Can your Arteries be fixed with a healthy lifestyle, or are you messed up forever?
Well for the past month or so I have been eating and living healthily.

But before that I ate pretty unhealthily I guess you could say, so I was wondering if I continue to live my healthy lifestyle for as long as I live will my arteries "fix" themselves if their are some fat sticking or are you messed up permanently?
